This account ensures all customer and vendor interactions flow seamlessly through the company and are recorded in the appropriate systems. This includes documenting sales transactions, invoicing customers, monitoring customer accounts for billable activity, initiating and disconnecting services, and managing vendor accounts.

2. Manage Cellular Data Accounts

  • Activate new lines, suspend service either upon request or due to non-payment
  • Track data lines that are on suspend and scheduled to renew or confirm if lines need to be cancelled
  • Calculate customer data overages, send emails to customers, invoice customers for additional data, and process payments
  • Set up data usage alerts in IC2 for SinglePLAN subscribers only

3. Database Management

  • Add new product SKUs to all systems (Salesforce, & etc)
  • Create and maintain commercial and consumer contact lists in collaboration with Technical Support
  • Maintain association between cellular accounts and customer records in CRM
  • Register devices on Peplink website
  • Update asset pages in Salesforce to associate products shipped with customer data in Salesforce

4. Vendor Engagement

  • Engage vendors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Confirm Verizon Representatives receive appropriate credit when leads are received from Verizon; enter lead data in Salesforce from Verizon PRM leads and update the status on all Verizon PRM lead
  • Provide forecasting to vendors and coordinate order fulfillment with vendors
  • Request install quotes from install partners
  • Track Peplink warranty renewals by month
  • Coordinate shipments from blanket POs

5. General Administration

  • Fill out documents from vehicle manufacturers (first article submissions)
  • Calculate sales commissions
  • Order customer gifts and hats
  • Create customer quotes and use of DocuSign for quotes requiring signature
  • Process orders, coordinate fulfillment and create Salesforce order case
  • Create InControl2 accounts

6. General Marketing

  • Update and maintain oversight of SinglePoint Social Media presence
  • Maintenance, scheduling and delivery of marketing emails
  • Maintain contact with commercial clients by making monthly check in calls
  • Answer basic sales inquiries
