We are looking for Junior IT Associates to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

The successful candidates will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in information technology and computer systems
  • Assisting  in planning, organizing, control and evaluating IT and electronic data operations
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Assisting in identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Assisting in auditing systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures


Qualifications & Skills requirements

  • Proven working experience as an IT or relevant experience in the BPO industry (1 year)
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or similar field
  • Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms reports
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
