Job Description:

  • Provides basic to complex customer support through email
  • Uses metrics and consumer insight to help make account better
  • Consistently go above and beyond in order to assist customers without bending any account policies
  • Stay in the know about the account's latest features in order to provide

Qualifications:

  • Proactive in resolving Customer issues
  • Has at least 6 months customer service experience
  • Above average to excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Has high reading and listening comprehension skills and strong attention to detail
  • Has initiative and willingness to learn and be trained
