Job Description 

 

Will be an integral part of the sales team with the primary responsibility being outbound phone follow ups to prospects in the Support Ninja Inc. outbound drip campaigns. The goal for calls will be to qualify the prospect and schedule an appointment with our AE. Must be comfortable speaking to US based prospects, comfortable with outbound cold calls and voicemail and willing to work US hours. Expectations would be 25+ phone calls a day.

What you will be doing for Support Ninja Inc.

  • Embody the five company Core Values
  • Drive performance and productivity of the people and programs within his or her purview through assertive and proactive hands on approach.
  • Understand and communicate the Support Ninja Inc. service offering and the value it brings to clients.
  • Staying abreast of BPO Industry trends and competitors
  • Communicating customer feedback to management and client services around how we can improve our offering
  • Prospecting to uncover new potential clients to be followed up on and qualified for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate reporting and adhere to task management process inside Pipe drive
  • Proactively communicating daily with potential customers in a consultative sales approach
  • Fielding inbound request and appropriately following up for qualification if needed via email or phone
  • Evaluate and test tools that will help the company better identify target prospects and

OUTCOME 1: Drive Client Growth                                                              

  • Find,  Identify and Qualify prospects on a daily basis through data mining and email communication with prospects.
  • Promptly and quickly respond to all client request within 2 hours.  
  • Be humble and honest with clients and employees at all time

 

OUTCOME 2: Effectively Execute on Support Ninja Inc. Sales Strategy

 

  • Use all sales tools and processes that have been rolled out to execute on the sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting to management on activities or request
  • Participate in all sales team meetings

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  1. 1-2 years experience making outbound cold calls, College degree, familiarity or experience selling into SaaS based accounts across multiple verticals, strong ability for deductive reasoning.
  2. Can think on the fly and work with customers without scripts. Tech savvy and can work with cloud based CRM tools. Strong time management and organizational aptitude. Team player!
