What you'll be up to

We’re looking for someone to help build relationships with tech CEO’s and industry movers and shakers. We have a professional relationship with each of our clients, and we firmly believe that this relationship starts with the sales process. We are looking for someone who is hungry and motivated and enjoys talking to people.  If you can demonstrate you can function in a fast paced always changing environment, have outbound sales experienc and like the idea of working in a startup we may be a fit! 

We’re a team of highly ambitious and independent entrepreneurs who love working together and spending time on moving the needle. 

What it'll be like

  • Spending most of the day on the phone to outreach to prospective account targets.
  • Rapidly learn and implement cold email practices and constantly running new experiments to try out new strategies.  
  • Follow up with phone calls to key prospects targeted through outbound email campaigns. 
  • Work with Sales Director and Account Executives to generate sales qualified leads to support a healthy pipeline that progresses the business forward, while also further developing your own sales skills
  • Achieve and exceed monthly call and qualified lead quotas
  • Report sales activities in our CRM
  • Recommend process enhancements for demand generation efforts and offer suggestions to improve up-selling/cross-selling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience 
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using Slack, Google Docs and various CRM’s
  • Experience creating sales reports and using Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Love talking on the phone! 
  • Excellent time management skills 

Even better if you

  • Have knowledge and experience around inside sales or email marketing
  • Love automation and process improvement
  • Love writing and learning about persuasion
  • Understand and are familiar with Account Based Selling and the Predictable Revenue Model
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems, the BPO industry or have worked in a support role.
