Mission:

SupportNinja is a Philippines-based Business Process Outsourcing company. The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Executive. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

Job Scope

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce SupportNinja and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Sales Executive to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within our system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Collect and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement in the lead generation process.
  • Provide product demonstrations via video or on web platform to give prospective customers a basic understanding of our services.
  • Provide feedback to others in department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs.

Qualifications

  • 6 months+ experience with lead generation in a corporate or professional setting
  • Excellent prospecting, discovery and nurturing skills
  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct experience with CRM application(s), such as Zendesk.com
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.
