Supportninja is a Philippines-based Business Process Outsourcing company. The Sales Executive’s mission is to cultivate new business through outbound email campaigns, cold calling, inside sales, and networking. The Sales Executive is also responsible for ensuring that all new partnerships have a smooth transition to the Client Services team.

Job Scope

  1. Host daily intro calls and follow-up calls that are scheduled via Calendly with prospects
  2. Send out Post Discovery Call and Follow-up Call emails after each event
  3. Make sure that starred emails are answered promptly
  4. Complete all daily activities within Pipedrive or other CRM
  5. Work closely with other staff members to ensure that inquiries via our website are answered promptly
  6. Provide sales copy used for the outbound email campaigns
  7. Create sales collateral (i.e. - company one-pager, email templates and campaigns, whitepapers, etc.)
  8. Send proposals and work with SupportNinja’s lawyer to handle contract negotiations
  9. Add new client cards into Pipefy
  10. Network at local events or at conferences SupportNinja attends
