Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be assisting the HR Department with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR department during the night shift. You will be reporting directly to the HR Associate Director.

Job Description



  • Assists with the day to day operations of the HR Functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Associate Director and HR Generalist.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensuring that all employees are following the policies, will be calling the attention of any employee that he/she is able to observe as may have violated company policies.
  • Devise tools and ways to measure the effectiveness of implemented HR Strategies according to organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments in addressing concerns on departmental process and strategies for workforce development and recommend necessary interventions.
  • Knowledge/Creativity to manage activities - (Employee Engagement)

Essential Job Competencies

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws.
