As a Ninja, you will be working for our workforce/Operations department. You are one of our front-liners of the company. You will need to exhibit excellent service standards and maintain client satisfaction.
 

Major Job Duties

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Taking ownership and full responsibility in resolving customer queries and complaint.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and process.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Report any software bugs or technical issues to our product team to help our product development effort
  • Perform account level research and advise customer of products that may benefit them.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with instrumentation of our customer websites.
  • Meets personal or teams targets and goals.
  • Ability to convey information effectively with a neutral accent.
  • Update account information and complete accurate documentation.
  • Database management

Essential Job Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • People soft skills.
  • HTML and CSS
  • Experience with JavaScript is a plus (willingness to learn a must)
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people and build strong relationships.
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written by being constructive and professional.

Other Skills/Abilities/Success Factors

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Documents.
  • Strong analytical skills, that could interpret data, identify trends and has sound judgment in giving suggestions for improvements.
  • Willing to work on night shift and holidays.
