What you'll be up to

We’re looking for someone to help build relationships with tech CEO’s and industry movers and shakers. We have a professional relationship with each of our clients, and we firmly believe that this relationship starts with the sales process. We are looking for someone that can manage and evaluate different sales channels and give proactive suggestions to leadership. More opportunities will open quickly to any HSP (Highly Successful Person).

Sales isn’t a 9-5 job; neither is running a startup. We’re a team of highly ambitious and independent entrepreneurs who love working together and spending time on moving the needle. We live on slack and frequently take company retreats during the year.

What it'll be like

  • Establish and nurture rapport with influential managers and executives alike.
  • Rapidly learn and implement cold email practices and constantly running new experiments to try out new strategies.
  • Partner with the CEO to generate a high volume of outbound activities to support a healthy pipeline that progresses the business forward, while also further developing your own sales skills
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of closed business
  • Report sales activities in our CRM
  • Recommend process enhancements for demand generation efforts and offer suggestions to improve up-selling/cross-selling


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • You’ve run and managed successful outbound email campaigns
  • 3-10 years of corporate experience at a software company or agency
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using Slack, Google Docs and various CRM’s
  • Experience creating sales reports and using Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Have knowledge and experience around inside sales or email marketing
  • Are a nerd for automation and process improvement
  • Love writing and learning about persuasion
  • Have worked remotely before
  • Compensation is competitive, with a mix of base salary and variable commission, dependent upon attainment of sales targets.
